Itinerary:
What better way to sightsee the city where it all started for artists such as Kurt Cobain and Ann Wilson than rockin’ around jet city Seattle?
This northwest sightseeing walking tour of Seattle begins by taking travellers to another time through the history of music left behind by legends. The adventure begins with the story of Sub Pop Records, the grunge label and home label of Nirvana. Continuing, travellers will be given the chance to visit the restaurants and clubs that have been dubbed the hot spots during the grunge hey day of Sup Pop recording artists like The Postal Service, Iron and Wine and The Yo Yos.
Walk to Pike Place Market to see live street performers and musicians called ‘buskers’ practice their expertise in things like card tricks, clowning and comedy. Along the way, your guide will point out monumental industries and sights in Seattle representing the past of present of the Emerald City.
To wind town grab a cup of coffee at the original Starbucks and take in the ever-growing hip-hop and electronic scenes.
